No. The workspace trial starts after you verify your email and lasts 14 days. It includes 5 active follow-up plans and 15 business emails. No payment card is required.
Create an account, then open Settings in your workspace to choose Personal and complete the subscription checkout. Personal is USD 19 per month, billed monthly.
You will not be charged automatically. To continue sending reminders after the trial, choose a Personal subscription in Settings. Your existing records remain available. The AI Skill preview’s 5 lifetime drafts are a separate account allowance, rather than a new 14-day allowance.
Yes. You can cancel renewal through the billing portal in Settings. Your paid access continues until the end of the current subscription period.
They are separate. Business emails cover payment reminders sent through the workspace. The AI Skill preview returns drafts in your connected AI assistant and uses its own draft allowance. Generating a Skill draft does not send an email to your client.
No. You can start with the agreement, messages or other records that explain what is owed. Review the amount, client details and payment context before approving a reminder.
