Verification or password emails

Check Inbox and Spam for mail from no-reply@mail.politechase.com. Resend verification from the verification page. Use Forgot password on the login page if you cannot sign in; reset links expire and can only be used once. Never send us your password, Google tokens or payment-card details.

Connect or stop Gmail

Open Settings → Your Gmail and connect the mailbox you want to send from. Before Google authorization, review the sending and mailbox-read permissions. The current app is in Google testing mode, so only added test users can connect.

To stop sending immediately, pause all follow-ups in Settings. Disconnect Gmail to remove local credentials and cancel queued reminders. You can also revoke PoliteChase in your Google Account’s third-party connections. Reconnecting requires a new review before old follow-ups can resume.

Manage data and subscriptions

Use Settings → Export all my data to download workspace records. Download any original files you need separately. Use Account & security → Delete account to remove the account and associated workspace data.

Use Settings → Manage subscription to update a payment method or cancel. A failed payment may pause reminders; review each affected plan after resolving it.

Contact support

Include the page URL, approximate time, your account email and a description of what happened. Share redacted screenshots when helpful. Do not send your password, OAuth credentials, API keys or full card details.
