PoliteChase checks linked conversations periodically, about every five minutes, and before sending. When a reply is synced, follow-up pauses so you can review it and decide what to do next. Sync is not instantaneous.

No. Approved scheduled reminders and background reply checks run on the server. Gmail must stay connected and your account must have sending access and allowance.

Payments stay in your usual bank or payment service. Check your account and record receipt in PoliteChase.

Google grants sending and mailbox-wide read permissions. The application retrieves PoliteChase-linked conversations and narrowly checks Sent mail when you reconcile an uncertain send; it does not scan your inbox. Disconnect in Settings or revoke access in your Google Account.

Yes. The AI Skill returns payment-follow-up drafts through a separately configured account key. It cannot read Gmail or send emails. Installation instructions and supported assistants are on the AI Skill page.
