Your Gmail mailbox

Send reminders from your own Gmail address. Client replies stay in Gmail and sync back to PoliteChase.

Not connected

Google grants mailbox-wide read access. PoliteChase only retrieves conversations created by PoliteChase and narrowly searches Sent mail when you reconcile an uncertain send. It does not scan your inbox. Replies are checked about every 5 minutes and before sending; they pause follow-ups. System notifications use Resend.

We store relevant replies and an encrypted offline credential. Disconnect in Settings or revoke access in your Google Account. Synced replies are not sent to AI. Privacy Policy · Help & support
